I purchased one tube of maple coins on silverbullion.com.sg today and ordered to pick it up tomorrow. However, I received an email confirmation that the coins were ready for collection immediately after I made the payment - this provides the client with some flexibility if he wants to collect earlier. As the store is located in the Suntec area where I worked, I walked over and collected the coins during my lunch break. The whole delivery process was smooth and professional.
