I have dealt with several bullion dealers around the globe in the USA, Australia, Europe, and now Singapore. In comparison, I rate Silver Bullion as the premier dealer so far. Buy and Sell rates are very reasonable with a competitive spread. They are very easy to reach by phone and email with good knowledge levels and quick responses. Excellent customer service. The storage facility is great and with rates based on weight and not on spot price it is hedged against large future increases in spot price which I like. They happily accept and help facilitate international deliveries of bullion which is great. I haven't yet tried their peer 2 peer loan program but it looks fantastic too! All in all, Silver Bullion is the best dealer I have found when considering all aspects of price, storage, service, and security.
