I am pleasantly surprised by the speed of execution by your operation team on the order placed yesterday 24 March.

I had placed an order late in the night, this morning ( 25 March) before 9 am I received the first email on the confirmation of the order. I made the payment due and received later in the morning several other emails on the execution of the order. As the order is for a 1000 oz silver bar, I was waiting for confirmation on the actual weight and information on the storage. This I received quickly too.
I am heartened by the efficiency of your company sales follow-up. Keep it up.
My only suggestion here is that information on the actual weight of the Bar and storage information should be more conspicuous in the document provided.
