After I have created an account with SB, I made two parcels of silver Bars purchases:-

1. 100 oz bars to be stored in the vault.

2. 10 oz bars for pickup. The online shopping platform is very easy to use and the whole process of confirmation, notification of parcels ready for pickup, and records of purchases were all well documented. Mr. Francis Koh, the sales representative, even called me to advised me that since not all my purchases for pickup have arrived (only partially fulfilled), I can wait till all have arrived to pick up. He even briefed me on the P2P loan process. I am amazed at the efficiency of the whole buying experience that I would recommend SB to other interested parties. FC
