How will I receive payment for my sellbacks?

We will pay via bank transfer to a bank account in the customer's name for sellbacks at our retail store.

Payments on local sellbacks exceeding SGD 100,000 shall be made within 2-5 business days.

We will be required to collect all necessary information from the customer for AML/KYC purposes.

For sellbacks through S.T.A.R. Storage, payment will be credited to your linked Bank Account within two (2) business days to five (5) business days.
