How do I submit a S.T.A.R. Storage order?

How to buy precious metals on Silver Bullion's website for S.T.A.R. Storage?

There are 2 ways in which you can purchase precious metals for S.T.A.R. Storage as explained below.

Method 1. Fund account first and place an order when you want to buy

You can send us funds first following the payment details in the Payment Options page https://www.silverbullion.com.sg/AboutPayments.aspx

Once we have received your funds, we will inform you. When you think the price is right, you can submit an order by looking for the item which you want to buy, click on the “Store in our vault” button and checkout your shopping cart to lock in the price.

Method 2. Submit an order to buy and send us the full payment within 2 business days.

When you want to buy, select the item, click on the “Store in our vault” button and checkout your shopping cart to lock in the price. After that, you will need to send us the full payment within 2 business days following the payment details above.

*Do note that for purchases above USD $500,000, please send us the funds first before placing an order.
