How to Create a S.T.A.R. Storage Account and Submit Storage Orders

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

For all accounts, we require:

A.       The passport scans of the beneficiaries/owners/company representatives of the storage account (does not have to be notarized).

B.       Signed application form - sent to us via e-mail to [email protected]. IMPORTANT: The form can only be auto-generated in PDF once you have filled in all information required (follow steps below).

 

For all corporate and trust accounts, we require more documents, such as:

A.       Proof of existence of bank account, either a bank statement or a letter from the bank stating that bank account in the name of ‘XXX company/trust’ exists with bank account number ‘123-456-789-0’.

B.       Valid certificate of incorporation (does not have to be notarized)

 

Furthermore, for all corporate accounts, we require:

A.       Signed board resolution document, authorizing company representative to operate the account on the company’s behalf, as ratified by the board of directors / director.

B.       Passport scans of directors

ACCOUNT OPENING PROCESS

To get started with the process you can do the following:

 

1. On the top right corner of the website, look for ‘Create New User’ then click on it. Fill in the required. On the ‘How did you get to know about us?’ field, please write accordingly.

 

2. Follow through and click on button 'Open STAR Storage Application' – remember to fill in the required fields, and to indicate if you wish for this to be a personal, joint, corporate or trust account. A PDF will then be generated.

 

3. Send us the signed application form (and other important relevant documents specified in the instructions on the website and as detailed on a follow up e-mail) via e-mail as a scanned soft copy.

 

4. Our bank account details will be sent to you in the aforementioned follow up e-mail.

 

5. We then verify your account, allowing you to submit storage orders.

HOW TO SUBMIT STORAGE ORDERS (PURCHASE AND STORE BULLION WITH US)

1. Log in

2. Click on BUY

3. Choose category (silver bars, gold coins, platinum et al).

4. Look for item you wish to purchase

5. Click on the green button 'ADD TO STORAGE'. Take note of the minimum quantity that we sell per parcel.

6. Upon reaching the shopping cart page, adjust three dropdown menus if applicable (choose storage vs local, in stock vs pre-order, choose payment in USD vs SGD).

7. Follow through until you reach the last step/page.

8. Click on ‘Submit Order’ and wait for the next page. A notification stating that the order was submitted successfully will show up along with the five digit Order ID assigned to the other. Please submit the order first before wiring us the funds.

9. Wire the funds either to our USD or SGD bank account.

10. We then fulfill the order within the stated delivery lead time (or if in stock, order will be closed as soon as we receive payment in full).

 

We only accept payment either in SGD or USD. Payment has to be effected ie: we require to receive the funds within 2 business days after you click on ‘Submit Order’.
