What if something happens to me due to unforeseen circumstances? How can my loved ones or my attorney gain access to my metal

If you pass away, we will follow your Transfer on Death (TOD) instruction (if enabled), which directs us to liquidate your holdings, settle outstanding obligations, and transfer the remaining balance to your Linked Bank Account.

If TOD is not enabled, we will follow the following instructions:

• In the event of your death, from your authorized executor or administrator, upon receiving the necessary legal documentation.
• A certified true copy of the death certificate of the deceased.
• Grant of Probate (if there is a will), or
• Letters of Administration (if there is no will).
• If you become mentally incapacitated from a legally appointed guardian or holder of a valid power of attorney, subject to verification and approval.

Once we are notified of such circumstances, your account will be frozen until the necessary legal processes are completed.
