Terms and Conditions:
1) This promotion applies for all local orders, pre-orders and S.T.A.R. Storage order.
2) Payment must be effected within 2 working days once price is locked in.
3) For cancellation of order, a cancellation fee of SGD$45 plus the difference in the previous locked in price and the new market price will be imposed.
4) Minimum purchase requirement on a per order basis is SGD$500.
5) Each customer regardless of tier will only be entitled to the additional 1,500 boz on a one time basis. This means that after the first order has been submitted during the promotion period, the additional 1,500 boz should have already been added to their cumulative ounce count and for subsequent purchases, there will no longer be an additional 1,500 boz.
6) Tier 5 customers will enjoy further discounts on their tier 5 rates on a one time basis, when submitting a bullion order during the promotion period. The discount to the bullion purchases will be applied upon the first order submitted during the promotion period. For subsequent orders, tier 5 customer will purchase at tier 5 rates without further discount.
7) Silver Bullion Pte Ltd's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final.
8) Silver Bullion Pte Ltd will not be responsible or held liable for any loss to or expenses you or any person incur in connection with the Promotion, including any error in computation, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment.
9) Silver Bullion Pte Ltd has the right to change any terms and conditions without giving you notice. This includes changing the rules relating to who is eligible for the Promotion and the dates of the Promotion.
